Join Lauren for this deeply nourishing and therapeutic experiential workshop. An opportunity to thoroughly let go and absorb the benefits of a series of practices designed to counter the symptoms of stress and anxiety to help you feel calm, grounded, centred and deeply relaxed.

Dive deep into your magical nervous system to explore how it responds to stress and how stress manifests in the body and mind. Learn simple and effective ways to work with the breath, body and mind to regulate and heal your nervous system, shift emotional state and build resilience.

Lauren will guide you on a journey through:

  • Gentle yet powerful breathing techniques for calm.

  • The soothing power of chanting and humming.

  • Finding comfort and safely through self touch and massage.

  • Meditation & visualisation techniques to steady the mind.

  • Gentle mindful movement and floor based yin yoga for a deep release of held stress and tension in the body.

  • Yoga nidra to take you into a state of deep relaxation.


Expect to leave feeling calm, centred and empowered, with a toolkit of practical and effective techniques to manage stress and anxiety on and off the mat.
