Meet your team

  • Oriana

Hi, I'm Oriana. I founded Hum having trained in New York with legendary ‘Yoga Rebel’ Tara Stiles. I taught a number of disciplines across the US, UK, Europe and Africa before creating my little piece of paradise here in East London! I’m Welsh/ Italian so if I’m not on the mat I’ll be in the countryside eating pasta!

  • Aurora

Hi, I’m Aurora. I’m Italian by birth, and a nomad by nature! The Mandala, Yin, and Ashtanga I teach are aimed at soothing Mind, Body, Spirit and Soul. Each time I return from my trips, I weave the magical experiences and lessons learned into my ever evolving practise. See you on the mat soon :)

  • Emily

Hi, I'm Emily. I studied Hatha, Ashtanga and Yin in northern India. My classes focus on building strength and flexibility through alignment and breathing. I live between London and Turks & Caicos with my 4 children, lovely husband, and 2 dogs! Family, yoga, travel and theatre light my fire!

  • Jo

Hi, I’m Jo, a body control pilates teacher and a martial artist. I started my Pilates journey 6 years ago. My classes are fun and open to all types of bodies and levels of fitness. A full workout mobilising all joints, focusing on alignment , breathing, muscles imbalances and posture.

  • Harriet

Hi I’m Harriet, a qualified yoga instructor and nutritional therapist. 10 years in corporate roles means I’m familiar with fast-paced lives, and the importance of taking time out to check in. I enjoy welcoming students, especially beginners, and those new to yoga so come on in!

  • David

Hi, I’m David. I’m an international movement artist and yoga teacher. Through my practise, I explore the intersections of movement, community & wellbeing. Weaving 10 years of mindfulness, yoga, somatic and artistic research, I hope to mobilise others from 'What If?' into 'Why Not?'.

  • Nenne

Hi, I’m Nenne. I discovered the healing powers of yoga over ten years ago when treating an injury. Not only did I feel that the physical practice was nurturing my body, I soon discovered and appreciated all the benefits beyond the physical. Now I’m eager to share the wellbeing that yoga brings with the hum community.

  • Chris

Hi, I’m Chris. I’m a firm believer that our practice on the mat mirrors life off the mat. By encouraging students to use yoga as a form of self-expression and self-exploration, my goal is to inspire creativity and help you find a sense of inner peace and self-acceptance that can apply off the mat too.

  • Lauren

Hi, I’m Lauren. My classes are breath focused, designed to cool and soothe the autonomic nervous system. We use movement to create a sense of space & freedom in the body alongside subtle interwoven themes drawing on Yoga philosophy to inspire and empower your practise :)
