As part of our hum retreats series, we’re leaving London behind and heading high into the hills between Naples and Rome. Our home in Castrocielo will be the backdrop as we invite you to unplug, unwind and enjoy great food (and wine if you wish), great company, and deeply nourishing wellness practices. Expect Yoga, meditation, journaling, sound baths, sunshine, breath work, hikes, the best local food, dips in the pool, music, dancing and laughter - all in great company.

We are thrilled to unveil our latest retreat offering for the 2025 summer season, set in the enchanting Southern Italian town of Castrocielo. This hidden gem, nestled within the lush landscapes between Rome and Naples, presents an unparalleled retreat experience that we're honoured to share with you.

Castrocielo, a haven where the rustic charm of Italy blends seamlessly with the breathtaking beauty of nature, serves as the perfect backdrop for our transformative retreat. Price includes 3 nights in our elegant 18th century residence with pool, 2 x daily yoga and meditation session, daily delicious homemade, locally sourced authentic food, guided hikes, yoga in the olive groves, local adventures and all the joy of la dolce vita!

Accommodation
Prices are based on two people sharing a twin room with ensuite. There is a single room option for a small extra cost.
All rooms are equipped with fridge, tea coffee facilities, air conditioning, hairdryers.

Begin your adventure by flying into either Rome or Naples, followed by a convenient train ride to Cassino or Roccassecca, all achievable for under £30. For those seeking a direct route, taxis offer a more personal but slightly pricier alternative. Our team is on hand to guide you through your transfer options, ensuring a smooth start to your retreat.

Our retreat offers the comfort of staying in an elegant 18th-century residence, complete with a refreshing pool. Prices are set for two individuals sharing a twin room with ensuite, ensuring privacy and comfort. Each room is fully equipped with a fridge, tea and coffee facilities, and a hairdryer, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as it is memorable. Engage in wine tasting, cooking lessons, historical explorations, and soothing massages with our optional activities, crafted to enhance your stay.

Enjoy payment plans, paying £100 monthly for 8 months.

All dietary requirements are catered for, ensuring a personalized and inclusive experience.

Good to Know
Our prices cover all meals, yoga and meditation sessions, and activities listed in the itinerary at the time of travel. While optional extras and flights are not included, we assure you of a seamless experience with options for train travel from major cities or we can help you arrange a driver upon arrival. Please note, the initial £100 payment is non-refundable, affirming your commitment to this transformative journey.
