    Strong hum is a dynamic moving flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility evenly in the body. Calm ease is carried through simple and challenging movements alike.

  • Yin
    The perfect mind/body stress release. Enjoy slow, long, grounding holds while exploring a range of depths in prop assisted poses.

  • Breath work

    Create a sense of effortlessness in your breathing in order to release tension. Welcome vitality, and open space to receive the weekend.

  • Aromatherapy meditation

    Explore different styles of meditation using therapeutic grade essential oil, combined with breath-work and attention, to reset and focus.

  • Beginners
    Join us and start to build the foundation of your Yoga practice. Complete and total beginers are welcome here along with those wanting to refresh their practice.

  • Energise
    Energise hum is a moving flow that invigorates your body and mind while resting attention calmly on your breath. You’ll feel awake, energised and super-creative!

  • Heated
    Heated hum incorporates a series of 26 postures designed to enhance mind and body. This is your perfect maintenance class to check-in with your mind, body and breath.

  • Yin and sound

    A deeply calming and nourishing practice. Expect long held, floor based Yin postures targeting the deeper connective tissues of the body. Infuse with the healing energy of sound.

  • Pilates (intermediate)
    Do you feel ready to move to the next level in Pilates? This class is for you. Helps strengthen muscles, joints, improve coordination and balance along with increasing body awareness.

  • Rocket
    An energetic and invigourating practice. This dynamic class with leave you feeling full of vitality and energy. You will be guided through and fully supported.
